The Culture of Guiding One Another in Torah

Correcting or rebuking our neighbor is discouraged in our overly individualistic society. We learn that correction and guiding one another amounts to immaturity or disrespect, but it is actually a part of the commandments. We should both seek to follow the command and be open when others are trying to do likewise, because it is a part of the commanded culture of the law.
