Choose Life!

When all the lights go out and there is nothing but darkness and fear, always remember - Choose Life!

No matter how difficult and depressing it gets or how tempting it may be to sin, always remember - Choose Life!

Always remember: it is much easier to live (no matter how miserable) than to die!

What does expression "Choose Life" mean and where does it come from? Let's take a look:
CLV Dt 30:19 Today I call the heavens and the earth to testify against you: Life and death I have put before you, the blessing and the malediction. Now choose life that you may live, you and your seed,

CLV Dt 30:20 by loving Yahuah your Elohim, hearkening to His voice and clinging to Him (for that means life to you and prolonging of your days) so that you may dwell on the ground about which Yahuah had sworn to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob, to give to them.
First of all, the meaning of the expression "Choose Life" is literal! No matter how shitty your life gets, you have to always choose life and honor life. For example, if you are depressed and thinking about suicide, you should always choose to live no matter what. Suicide is antagonistic to life and therefore a wrong and stupid choice in most cases.

Or, for example, your wife is pregnant and you thinking about abortion because you think you can't afford another child. Such thinking is also antagonistic to life and therefore a wrong and stupid choice. God would not make your wife pregnant if you were not capable of supporting the child.

Especially choose life if you are not sure what to do in a particular situation.

So always remember to "Choose Life!".

No - matter - what! Choose Life! Always remember this!

Secondary meaning of expression "Choose Life" is in terms of Torah context. Choosing life means following the Written Torah and clinging to God. In the Torah, God is synonymous with life, wisdom, and perfection, so life is also an attribute that God considers holy. Therefore, if you want to honor God with your life, you will always "Choose Life", meaning that you will follow and live your life according to the Written Torah.
