What is the best Torah manuscript?

The best Torah manuscript I have ever seen in my 10 year study is the Kennicott "Vetus Testamentum".

This is the best Torah manuscript for many reasons:
  1. It contains both MT and SP
  2. It contains many variant readings from other MT and SP manuscripts
  3. It is pre-Israel, meaning that there are no intentional changes or bias.
  4. It is very precise - I checked the entire Torah portion many times.
  5. It has a very interesting history. Google Kennicott Letters about Samaritan Pentateuch.
The only thing this manuscript does not have is the Dead Sea Scrolls, but as far as Torah goes, DSS is of almost no value so Kennicott still the most comprehensive Torah source manuscript in Hebrew that I know of.
