The difference between sets of the Stone Tablets

As you know from the Torah, Moses broke the original set of the Stone Tablets when he saw the perversion of the Golden Calf. Torah lists a difference between the original set and the set that moses got the second time. Let's take a look at what this difference is:
CLV Ex 24:12 Yahuah said to Moses: Ascend to Me to the mountain and be there, and I shall give to you the stone tablets, the law and the instructions which I wrote to direct them.
CLV Ex 31:18 He gave to Moses, as He finished speaking with him on Mount Sinai, two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of Elohim
CLV Ex 32:16 And the tables, they were the handiwork of Elohim; and the writing, it was the writing of Elohim, chiseled on the tablets.
CLV Ex 32:19 And it came to be just as he drew near to the camp and saw the calf and the choruses that Moses'  anger grew hot, and he flung from his hands the tablets and broke them below the mountain.
CLV Ex 34:1 Yahuah said to Moses: Carve for yourself two stone tablets like the first ones, and I will write on the tablets the words which came to be on the first tablets which you broke.
CLV Ex 34:4 So he carved two stone tablets like the first ones. And Moses rose early in the morning and ascended to Mount Sinai, just as Yahweh had instructed him and took in his hands the two stone tablets.
CLV Ex 34:28 And he came to be there before Yahuah, forty days and forty nights. Bread he did not eat and water he did not drink. Thus he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the ten words.
CLV Ex 34:29 It came to be when Moses descended from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of testimony in Moses'  hands, when he descended from the mount, that Moses did not realize that the skin of his face gleamed because of His speaking to him.
As you can see, the key verse here is Exodus 32:16 and Exodus 34:1. From these two verses it is abundantly clear that the first Stone Tablets were created and written by God Himself, whereas the second set of the Stone Tablets was created by Moses, however it was still God who wrote the text on the Tablets.

So the second set of the Stone Tablets was made by Moses and engraved by God. This is the most fundamental difference that text is trying to relay to us.

Obviously this was done because Israel lost its holiness during the episode with the Golden Calf. So the second set of the Stone Tablets was not as holy as the first set which Moses broke.
