How do the Moon observations add up in the 1st Month?

How do the Moon observations add up in the 1st Month?

Thanks to a few years of my Moon Observations (see April 2017) I observed that in the 1st Month on a day of Unleavened Yom Atzeret (8th of Unleavened) the Moon is only visible in the morning.

What does it mean?

It means that even though the Moon phases are a bit off in the 1st Month, we could only observe the 3rd Quarter Phase in the Morning. This means that the Moon has time to get VISIBLY in phase.

Yes, the calculated phase is off, however, we still VISIBLY see the moon in the correct phase simply because it is not visible while it is out of phase.

This is why I said in my previous posts that we need to use calculations AND observations of the moon TOGETHER to determine the proper days for moedim (appointed times).
